I just saw a commercial for House Hunters on HGTV wherein all the people argue about which house the couple/family/person is going to pick and it accurately reflects my life. I am a big fun fan of House Hunters and I am not ashamed! |

I've made 8 posts this year.
The Invention of Lying: OMG SO DEPRESSING. So much more depressing than funny. Well acted, written and directed, I guess. Just totally not what I thought it was going to be like. Stupid marketing asshats. Am I the only person ambivalent about Ricky Gervais? And Louis C.K. is in it as his best friend and that was pretty alright.
Zombieland: Whatever. It wasn't as great as everyone said. And I'm always right, so there. It did a lot of things with zombies that I hate when they do. For example, like explaining how the zombies come about and having everyone live. Those are pretty much teh only things I hate. Not as fun. Or as interesting. And that frigging guy. Jesse Eisenberg. We already have one Michael Cera, thank you very much. And I don't really like that guy so I don't think we need another lovable loser who somehow gets the hot chick. We're all stocked up here. Plus side, however, Woody Harrelson and Abigail Breslin have some nice exchanges and there's a fun cameo.

So I feel bad. People on my friends list post things. Often funny, amusing things. And I read them and comment and laugh and walk away fulfilled. But I never really do that whole "posting" thing. I feel like a parasite in which I leech fun and give nothing in return. So here's the deal, I probably won't post anything, not very often anyway. I hate when people talk on the phone while I'm in the bathroom. A public one I mean, not like in my own home. Although that would be awkward for its own reasons. But frankly, I have a enough of a problem going potty with one person listening, let alone two. STAGE FRIGHT!
That just happened to me.
Real reason:
Battlestar Galactica: is the shit! I'm only to the end of 3.0 so please don't spoil me! But I am greatly enjoying it. Adama and Roslin are sooo adorable, I just want them to do it already. Apollo and Starbuck are booooring. And I know she's "dead" right now but she clearly is not so it will continue to be lame. WIll they?! Won't the?! I DON'T CARE. Also, I love Gaius. |

Watchmen: I don't understand how you can take A level studio money, good actors and well done effects and yet still come out with a cheesy, B level movie. The soundtrack was AWFUL and distracting. Some of the actings was terrible and frankly, I was quite bored at parts. And I LOVE the book, I LOVE the story and there were some things that I really did enjoy seeing (liked ripped from the pages and done really well). But I will probably never watch this movie again. |
